Script, Film, & Episodic Clearance Reports
Script clearance reports, title opinions, and chain-of-title opinions help identify and resolve legal risks before production begins. They are also essential steps for securing errors & omissions insurance and meeting distributor requirements. At WAM Entertainment Law, each report is prepared by a knowledgeable attorney who is adept at spotting the issues and advising on the steps necessary to ensure your rights are clear, your title is defensible, and your project is protected from costly surprises.
