Starting Your Legal Journey
The first step in potential legal representation is an initial consultation call so that we can understand your legal needs and collect initial information on your matter to perform a conflicts check and ensure attorney availability.
To assist us and help expedite the process, we ask that all potential new clients book a date and time in our automated booking calendar and fill out our initial potential client intake form with as much non-confidential information as possible including your preferred method of contact. By filling out our initial potential client intake form, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept our privacy policy, cookie policy, and legal disclosures & disclaimers.
Note that an attorney-client relationship shall NOT be formed until ALL of the following steps have been completed:
1. We’ve had our initial consultation call with you; and
2. The firm has completed our conflicts check process and confirmed that your matter does not conflict with our representation of another client; and
3. You have concluded a formal agreement of engagement with the Firm.
As such, please only include the information requested in the intake form and only to the extent such information is not confidential or sensitive.
